Who's Covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What's Covered
If your floor breaks down under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll get it replaced — for as long as you own it.
Response Time
Submit a claim and you'll hear back from us within 48 business hours.
What's Not Covered
Accidental damage or vandalism
Misuse or excessive force, including loads beyond the 65,000 lb weight rating
Normal wear and tear, including fading over time
Damage from events outside our control, like natural disasters or theft
Filing a Claim
Contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Include proof of purchase and photos if you have them.
We'll review your claim and follow up within 48 business hours.
If approved, we'll get a replacement on its way. Shipping costs for the replacement are the customer's responsibility.
You'll work directly with Octane Floors on any warranty claim from start to finish — no need to track down a manufacturer or deal with anyone else.

Shipping Processing Time Every order is processed and on its way within 1 business day (weekends and holidays excluded). The second it ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you know exactly when your floor is showing up.
Shipping Cost Free nationwide shipping on every kit. No minimums, no catch.
Delivery Time Kits typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on where you're located.
International Orders Right now we only ship within the U.S.
If Something Goes Wrong Late tracking, a banged-up box, anything off — message us and we'll handle it. You won't have to fight for a response.
Double Check Your Address Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Returns 30 Day Return Policy If your floor isn't the right fit, you've got 30 days from purchase to send it back.
Original Purchaser Only This return policy covers the person who placed the order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll get your refund processed.
Return Shipping Return shipping is on the customer.
What Won't Qualify Tiles need to come back new and unused. Anything damaged from improper use or a rough install won't be eligible for return.
