Processing Time
Every order is processed and on its way within 1 business day (weekends and holidays excluded). The second it ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you know exactly when your floor is showing up.
Shipping Cost
Free nationwide shipping on every kit. No minimums, no catch.
Delivery Time
Kits typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on where you're located.
International Orders
Right now we only ship within the U.S.
If Something Goes Wrong
Late tracking, a banged-up box, anything off — message us and we'll handle it. You won't have to fight for a response.
Double Check Your Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Returns
30 Day Return Policy
If your floor isn't the right fit, you've got 30 days from purchase to send it back.
Original Purchaser Only
This return policy covers the person who placed the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll get your refund processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is on the customer.
What Won't Qualify
Tiles need to come back new and unused. Anything damaged from improper use or a rough install won't be eligible for return.
